Host plant: Acacia cyanophylla and Casuarina in Libya.
Distribution: Inter-tropical: Africa, Seychelles, Réunion, Mauritius.
New record for Libya: Tripolitania.

JCR Leg: Janzur, 05/08/2002, on a dead Acacia cyanophylla. Al Aziziyah, 29/06/2004, dead under Acacia bark. Based on damages to Acacia cyanophylla, it is well represented where good population of this tree are grown along roads and field or along the shore, in Tripolitania an likely also Cyrenaica.
