Host plant: Eremobium longisilicum.
Distribution: new species, Fazzan.

8 individuals were collected in April on Eremobium longisiliquum in the dunes of the Edeyen (erg) Murzuq. They were active flying aroung and mating on this small Crucifer.

This new species has been described by A. Liberto and M. Gigli (2005) as the tenth in this genus previously represented by nine species in southern Morocco, Algeria and Egypt.
