Scattered in Al Jabal al Ackdar. Pictures of the live specimens from an artificial pine tree forest 15 km SSE of Al Baida where it cohabits with Calathus sp, Blaps dodorei and Akis costitubera; and from the famous Hawa Fteah cave (along the coast of Cyrenaica, near Susah) where 80,000 years of human presence have been recorded (Bottom).
