Cyrenaica: The south of the Jabal al Ackdar

Past the top of the ridge, south of Al Bayda and Al Qubbah, the vegetation cover quickly disappears. The extension of the green mediterranean area is visible on the Landsat photo. Along the wadis, Ziziphus bushes and further south Acacia tortilis are the main trees.
